I'm a 17 year old guy, I've never kissed a girl (except for a stripper in china, seriously) and I've been on one date... Is that bad?

Dude, don't worry about it. Sooner or later you WILL find someone who you'll like and you'll like back. It's just one of those things in life that is guaranteed to happen. The fact you've not been actively seeking any attention you can get just means you'll be more likely to be able to hold onto that girl when she comes along. I mean, come on! Think of how many girls some guys you'll know have gone out with. There's a reason those girls aren't interested any more.
If nothing comes up, there's a big chance it will whenever you join university/college or get a job and start clubbing. Some people just take a little longer to gain their confidence, etc.
