Haha unfortunately 10 doesn't work for me. Haven't cut in over a month, still find myself wishing my scars wont fade and wishing i had more. But #211 should be reading this list! It's soooo darn distracting and pretty funny:) Stay strong everyone:)!

Im reading lots of tips, that's great :) However, do any of you cut yourself? Im thinking you know people who do and you trying to help, however. it takes more than tidying your room to stop yourself. I need need some solid ideas! At the moment, nothing compares to cutting, and I hate it :(

you said throw socks twice..... but i like to kick a soccer ball or any kind of ball really extremely hard at a wall it gets out alot of anger or jump on my trampoline with out stopping till i feel like i cant move anymore lol or i organize everything and clean but im a neat freak so it just works out lol
