Hi I was wondering I'm going to be 18 next june and I want to move in with my bf but my mom says she can throw me in jail when I get there where he lives which I used to live but moved I lived in wa he lives there.i moved to missiouri..but I need to know what can she do to me? I'm 17 right now and hes 16..so can she do anything? Thanks :)

Well if your 17 right now and he is 16...Then when your 18 he will be 17, technically your considered and adult and hes a minor, even though people around that age hook up all the time. But if you are fucking him and I assume so because you will after you move in.( It's inevitable unless your religious people waiting for marriage. ) Technically if you can go to jail for saturatory rape. I say live your life, enjoy it while it last, child love rarely does, so sneak around have your fun with him.
