Addicted?

I think I may be addicted to porn on the internet..Every time I have a few minutes I go there.No-one can see my screen at work so I look all the time.I'm scared of getting found out and even fired for doing so..How do I stop myself from getting in trouble?

if your a guy well it's pretty normal to think about sex every couple of minutes so well i would just erase your history and make sure that your work doesn't have an internet monitoring system like mine does.

It does sound like an addiction. You've got to put some dirty pictures in your head or something instead of looking on your computer at work. Most work settings do screen and track what you're doing at work. I'd try not to go to any questionable sites at work.
