I'm 17 and I like a boy who is 15 1/2. He is almost 16.He understands me more than I understand myself. I don't know how this happened, but I'm worried that if we date, other people will say rude things about our age difference.

Age is nothing but a number and good things happen to those who let good things happen. Don't let something as stupid as an age difference stop you from experiencing happyness.

I don't think it's wierd at all my friend was in the same situations and the dude was so fun to hang out with his age didn't even matter, as long as my friend was happy, my brother 14 and im 17, he hangs out with ALL my friends and even went out with one of them, yea it was knida gross at first b/c it was my brother and my friend but it didn't matter i love them both, your friends shouldn't care they should want you to be happy whom ever it may be with, and if they're not well then they're really your friends, if you ever need to talk here's my myspace account myspace.com/d_llama

that's not much of a difference. he'll be 16. it'll only be a year apart.
