Back stabbing friend

I like this guy and were friends, but he likes my best friend and he asked her to be his girlfriend. She told me that she didn't like him, but she said yes and their dating, but SHE KNEW HOW I FELT ABOUT HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and now most of her friends are spying on me to make sure that I DON'T TRY TO STEAL HIM BACK!! My other friend told me that she likes him too, but I am not mad at her because she actually told me unlike my other friend. And in my house I was always taught to fight for what I want, and this is the only guy i ever REALLY liked. How can I get this guy to like to like me while trying to make sure my other friends don't take him before I do.
