I have been dating this guy for over a month, and I dont really like him.i hate holding his hand in public and we make a really strange couple.all my friends say I could so better, all my enimies say I could do better.but the thing is, he really likes me.he says he thinks he loves me.im such a softy and couldnt just break up with him.i know I need to end it, but how with out hurting him? I wish he wud just cheat on me so it was his fault, not mine for breaking up! !

Take initiative. There's nothing worse than to lead someone on if you don't want to. There's never an easy way out. Talk to the guy, tell him why you want to break up, tell him it's for your own good; so that you don't have to hurt him later on when he starts to like you even more.
