Britney spears...friends obsessed.

theres this girl at work, her name is Tammie and all she does is talk about britney....
"britney spears this, and britney spears that!!" Like sometimes....i just want to walk over to her desk, RIP down that hideous picture of britney in her ugly lingerie, and shove it in her mouth!!
its like britney controlls this girls life! and I Have to hear about it! along with 5 other girls who plug their ears whenever Tammie opens her mouth!
what do i do to make her not so obsessive?? she even buys clothes that look like Britney and goes, "hey everyone, look! i got her jacket!! OMG!" Sometimes i just feel bad for the poor girl...
what should i tell her?? sometimes, i just play along and tell her that i love britney too, like i say "omg britney got good again, and i love her CD!" i tell her that britney is so amazing, and when i say that, she looks at me with these adoring eyes and says, "im so glad i have an amazing friend like you that can share my amazing passion..." and i go...uh huh...shove it.

I dont know what all the fuss is, britney is a greek goddess. I sometimes dress up like her and drive around late at night to gas stations, grocery stores and fast food bathrooms just to feel like her. I've also been going to the gym alot. I also want to shave my head and wear a pink wig.

I disagree with Bliss. I don't see any reason why your friend Tammie should "stop the obsession". It's not as if she's obsessed with something harmful or illegal. Talking about Britney isn't hurting you or anyone else. She should feel free to talk about whatever she wants at work, just like you're free to do the same. If it annoys you, get over it and move on.

You need to be straight foward and tell her to stop the obsession.Tell her to at least not talk about Britney at work.
