you have to confront this guy he knows what he did to you and that will let him talk freely especially if you make it seem that you are okay with the idea of doing things to her trick the bastard and if he is you either have him locked up or deal with it

Watch his daughter closely and become very close to her. Let her know that she can tell you anything and everything. Try to gain her confidence so that if something happens, she'll open up to you. If something does happen to her, you have what happened to you to back up her story.

Sometimes, what happens between siblings in that respect, is, most of the time, pure curiosity on the males part. Acting out on his newfound sexuality. Now, while it's good that your aware of what COULD happen, and it wouldn't hurt to keep your ears and eyes open for any warning signs of abuse, I would not get too upset about it. I ;believe that what happened to you c ould of been an isolated incident.
