the only reason why i play "hard to get" and am mean to boys is because im afraid that if i actually give one a chance, he might realize that i'm not as good as he thought i was. im so scared of being rejected or having boys see the "real me" because i don't want them to figure out that im really not good enough..

Is it rejection ur afraid of......or Love because you never been there......or bit of both..!!

People fail to realize tat falling in love is not just butterflies and flowers. I don't know if you're ever had a boyfriend before, but you shouldn't be to afraid of rejection.
Above everything else, you have to accept yourself and understand that rejection is only a stepping stone to finding the one TRUE person meant for you.
So what if you get rejected? Obviously, that guy won't be your type anyway. Move on and start fishing.. :-)
But yes. Accept yourself. Know your true self before you put yourself in as bait.

I am right there with you.
but you are worth it...and there is someone out there that will love you .no matter how messed up you are or feel you are. just remember that you are worth it and you are better then you give your self credit!
