Clans and Member Abuse: A How-To Guide, Written by FileFront Gaming Clan.

Ok, so no, this isn't actually a How-To guide for abusing your clan members,
and I don't actually represent FFClan in any way, but I wanted to tell you about
a recent experience I've been made aware of.

Its come to my attention that the so-called leaders of this clan have been derelict
in their duty of listening to and dealing with their members needs. When one of these
members addressed a leader about the problems s/he saw, s/he was only met with sarcasm and rudeness,
with no real attempt to solve the problem besides telling this member in so many words 'You must be stupid'.

When they're not mistreating their members, other activities these leaders seem to enjoy are some form of
'clan-nepotism' in which they give away top positions in the clan to anyone who will donate a server, or happens
to also be in another clan that the head leader is in, making the chances of promotion for the FFClan members dismally poor.

My question to these people is this, how do you expect to see your clan succeed
in any way when the way your clan members are treated is pushing them away?
Does it feel that good to be on your power-trip that the clan can suffer a little as long as you can show off how 'cool' you are?
Why don't you sit back and listen to your members for awhile, you might learn a thing or two.

Finally, I've compiled a list of steps for making sure your clan is fun-proof, hopefully if the leaders of FFClan don't listen to my thoughts above, they'll at least fully enact these ideas, and put the final nail in the coffin.

1.)Never, ever, ever do anything that your clan members might like, screw those losers, they're in a clan playing video games for goodness sakes, probably hiding out in their mom's basement.

2.)If you're ever forced to actually address a complaint that one of your members might have, do like the Government and either make the problem worse, or choose to do something completely unrelated to the problem.

3.)Growth is the most important part of a clan, if you aren't bringing in new blood, do something to bring them in, especially if it upsets your old members, theres nothing like losing 5 mature, seasoned players for 50 'LOLIHAEDSHOOTEDU' n00bs.

Sincerely,
An anonymous unbiased idiot.
