I'm addicted to xbox so in order to try to cut back on my playing time I'm going to try to do something very uncomfortable while playing xbox.Hopefully I'll eventually associate my xbox with pain or discomfort, this will influence me to play less and help destroy the urge that I get.Once this process is complete I will be able to focus on other things like getting a job and working on my writing.Do you guys think this will work? And I need ideas on uncomfortable or painful things to do to myself while playing (nothing that will cause permanent harm).
