Drunk boy kisses sober girl

it was the night of our senior prank and everyone was back at a friend's house having a good time. a few hours into the party my guy friend was already drunk and joking around with me. we were reminiscing about a new years party where we were both drunk and i told everyone there that i REALLY wanted to hook up with him, but then i got sick and passed out and nothing really happened. i never really thought about it again because i had a crush on a different boy, and the new year's rants didnt really mean anything, so i kind of forgot about it. back to this night when we're hanging out and i'm sober and he pulls me toward him and kisses me and i don't do anything to stop it. we end up making out a bunch that night but i know the whole time that he's drunk and i'm sober, and at one point he even says 'i may not remember this tomorrow'.
now, i don't like him as a boyfriend, and i really didnt want/expect anything serious to come out of it, but the next day i couldn't help feeling like i had taken advantage of him. it wasn't like i was waiting around for him to get drunk so we could hook up, it just kind of happened like that. now i'm worried that things are gonna be awkward between us AND that people are going to judge me for hooking up with him sober. and in a confirmation of my fears, i had heard a rumor that one of his best girl-friends was mad at me, so i asked her about it and she said "no, i'm not mad at you, i'm mad at him for hooking up with you" which came out as a TOTAL backhanded denial.
i just don't know where to go from here. do i say anything? do i leave it alone? do i confront her? do i confront him?
any suggestions?
