Easing back into it.

I know i'm not supposed to but did some ab exercises today...not used to that pain you get from working out much anymore, and it's only been 2 weeks.

it's such a weird pain, you have to welcome it and embrace it, embrace the pain that enters deep in your bones and keep going...

i love it...

I think by hips they mean their side and rear obliques.

In which case, do standard or hanging crunches, but instead of crunching straight up, crunch side to side. Basically, put your arms in the crunch position behind your neck (not lifting your head, but to support your neck) and try to bring each elbow up to the alternate knee.

hip muscles? never heard of them lol.

if you mean like your glutes, squats and straight legged deadlifts.

and as for arms, it's pretty general. if you want more biceps it'd be curls, if you want more triceps it'd be dips or pull downs.

i'm just giving some examples there's many more exercises of course...

I'm going to ask you a question, because you would know.

How do I build my hip muscles? Like I have no idea what exercises I should be doing. I do a lot of squats (well, i do a lot of squatting, anyway), but I don't even know if that does anything.
