Embarassment about health problems

I have idiopathic postprandial hypoglycemia. I also have a heart arrhythmia. My doctor suggested checking my blood pressure. I am also a recovered alcoholic. My question is : My blood sugar has been way higher than usual and my blood pressure is severly low. What's going on with my body??? Thank you so much for your help.

kk y not ask your gp and say that u are a recovered alcoholic if he does not know and see what help he gives you
