How do I even begin to open my heart again?

Last summer, my soulmate picked the other girl.He was my best friend for three years and the greatest guy I ever knew, and when the choice came between me and another girl, he picked her.
My Dad died of cancer on July 23rd.I never really believed he would die and when he did, I knew that there were no more men in the world who loved me.I miss him every day.
My friend was murdered on August 28th.A guy drove his truck through the front of a resaturant where she was eating and she died on the scene.She was nineteen.
It's been so long and I've lost so much.
I'm scared my heart will never open again.

Oh sweetie! I'm so sorry. Sometime a series of horrible things happen in a short period of time. It's not your fault and you're not being punished. Life is just miserable sometimes. But I know something wonderful is waiting for you around the corner. There has to be someone in your life that can help you through this rough time in your life. There are a bunch of places online as well where you can make friends and let out all your pain. Look up a support group and post there or find a chat room and talk to other people going through bad times. Good luck and I wish you all the best.
