Last night I made a list of god things and bad things in my life, the bad page was filled up and I was still thinking of more, the good page wasnt even half full :( quite often recently I feel like breaking down.
Either crying, or screaming, insted I punched a wall several times, I'm a girl by the way.
It was suprisingly stress releving but I hurt my hand.
I feel stressed again.
Anbody got any good stress relief?
