I have bad news

Today the landlord said we need to pay him $2500 in a month or we get kicked out.my mom has a friend who kids.his kids are so rude.they called my little brother a gay fag.his son told me "i wish that u die" I hate that kid.now he is going to come over again.please please please give me advice!
