I can think of nothing but cheating on her but I know I will never do it. We were in love once...maybe we still are, but I would give anything to go back and touch a womans body again that really wants to be touched.

Well, it's not relevant that the only person you've been with is your wife. It's relevant that from your message it sounds like she's not interested in being touched any more. Have you tried any type of counseling?
