I laugh when I get bad news =[

I have this weird thing where if I get told bad news I cant help but smile or laugh, am I a phyco or something??

i wish i can do that im kinda sentimental but on the inside i only want to laugh so i can forget the pain because the laugh is the best medicine

I start to smile when I tell people bad news.
Like someone dying or smoething along those lines.
It's almost like a smirk or something and I don't know how to stop it.
It's not a bad thing.
It's just the way you handle things and that's okay.
