i also fell for my stepbrother and am now engaged to him......................we are not blood related and were put together at the age of 16 so it was not like we had grown up together so there was nothing wrong in it....................and we also told our parents 6 months after we had gotten together about it and they werent surprised but knew it coming they said they had talked about it before their marriage

No, it's not unusual for that to happen because you wern't raised with him. You don't see him as a brother. One of my best friends married her stepbrother and had 3 kids together. Nothing wrong there.

I've heard of cases where step-siblings fall in love with each other. Although it's not illegal or "weird", persay, it's still morally strange in common society today.
