I overheard my dad

Ever since I overheard my dad saying that I needed to lose weight, I haven't eaten in front of him since.i don't know what to do and it makes me really upset.every time I am alone I cry for hours and hours.i need help, I want to talk to someone, but I just don't know who.i am 14 years old and I hope my dad is happy for what he has done to me.

Comeing from a big person it is harder to lose weight then people might think. But it isnt what others think it is what you think. I know I know what a cleshay but it works. It is hard to hear from family that think we need to lose weight and more the most part it is beacuse they think it will be healther for us.
But, as you grow to learn is that you will lose weight when you find the right way. As soon as you do though stick to it.
