Theres this girl and she is my friend.
But i really fancy her
Shes so pretty
and soo amazing.
We made out loads at a party but we were drunk
but it was soo amazing
shes really insecure and i just want to tell her how amazing she is
but i dont want to freak her out
because im a girl and i dont think she knows that im bisexual
one of my friends told me that she is bi aswel.. but im not sure..
should i tell her, or would it jeapordise our friendship?

By fancying her, your friendship is already in jeopardy.
Don't ask her if she is bi, because without knowing how you feel she might deny it for fear of embarassment.
Tell her how you feel, but tell her you don't mind being friends. Make the situation easy for her, so she doesn't feel like your friendship with her is pending upon whether she likes you too.

maybe you could start by telling her your bi, maybe she likes you too and she will say she is bi too. i really dont know im kind of in the same position here but mine is worst lol

Hang out with her one on one, and see what its like. If u feel like like there's chemistry, then tell her.
