I think the key is touch. Start out touching him lightly, just a slight brushing at first. Remember to make eye contact. Put a hand on his chest, on his back, on his...other places. Whisper in his ear. Play hard to get, but don't take it too far. It'll make him want you even more if you don't immediately give in. :P
honestly if you want him to like you then just bring yourself, No tricks no gimmicks no curtains to hide behind.. He already likes you for you so you dont have to try to impress him with anything.
also no matter how much you plan things, they always have their own way of happening.
