I love him so much that every single text message he sends me I write it in a little notebook with the time and date that it was sent.It's too bad that every text he sends he is telling me how much he hates me and wants to ruin my life.

This is very sad. Delete his texts, don't write them down. You're going to totally ruin your self-esteem.
