I found something out.yu feel more comfortable around her..than me.im your girlfriend..and shes your 'best mate'.yu trust her over your real best friend...our best friend bally.you defend her over anything and everyone. regardless of what yu say maybe I just need to accept yu love her......

you do need to accept he loves her-but mayb your wrong...its hard because there are all kinds of love
i had a 'best boy mate' who i loved as a brother, he knew more about me than myself!!..i wld lie, cheat and probably kill for him...i wld pik him ova anyone.....but i loved my boyfriend 2.....he soon dumped me and no ova guys wanted 2 b with me because of my 'best mate'....i was upset an angry no-one understood i loved him DIFFERENTLY!!!!!!!!!
i think your boyfriend is feeling the way i did then.......

One of my good friends, lets call her Kate, was in the same situation, she broke up with her boyfriend Danny and the next day he started going out with his 'best friend' who we'll call Jane. Now he and Jane have been together for a year. Kate is still in love with Danny and they are 'good friends' but she knows he will never leave Jane. In her situation at least, she needs to accept that her feelings are not requited and move on.
I'm telling you this because Kate is constantly very upset over her situation. I think you are right in saying that you need to accept it if he does love her.
