I'm a bad friend

I told my best friend i would call her and i never did. It wasnt the first time it happened. now shes mad st me and i cant fix it. i'm alone scared and i dont know what to do. i'm searching for help but know one knows how unhappy i really am with life. if i tell my best friend she will think im making up excuses.
SOMEONE HELP ME!

From personal experience, a "best friend" who flips out because you forgot to call and hasnt given you the time of day to explain, isnt the best "best friend" to begin with. Take it from me because I used to have a best friend who did the same thing to me, she would get mad when she didnt get her way and then refuse to talk to me or associate with me until I had practically graveled in front of her. Its demeaning to you and what is supposed to be a healthy relationship.I would give her a call, and try to explain with the truth and if she cant handle it, then leave it at that and let it go.

Get a cold cloth. And some water.
Breathe, sweetheart.

In about thirty minutes once you've laid down and been calm...call her up.
NO TEXTING.
Call.
And try to explain. Sweetie, be brave and tell the truth. It's always the best policy. Tell her why you didnt call. Explain.
