I'm scared to be in love again

I have liked him for 3 years.
It hasn't even been a month yet and he told me he loved me.
I couldn't say it back yet.
I do love him.
We are together now because I cheated on my ex with him.
I am having lunch with my ex tomorrow to tell him that I am dating him.
I think I can tell him I love him after I tell my ex about him.
I am so nervous to tell him.
He is so self conscious, I hate to think how it will make him feel.
