...Of how much more you love your new school then our old school
...Of all the new friends you are making & how you like them a whole lot.Maybe even more than you ever liked me.
...That you have so much fun at your new school and hanging out with your new friends.I feel like I have been replaced & you NEVER offered to do some things with me that you have offered them to do.The sad part is, you have only known them for a week and you have known me for 3 years.
...Of how much you miss me, and yet when I try to make plans you are already have some.
...That you want me to meet your new friends but you never put forward the effort to invite me to anything anymore.
...That you love me, but please
Stop Telling me things and DO something to prove that you love me.
I'm tired of hearing the bull & lies you have been feeding me for the past month or two & if things don't change soon then we can't be friends anymore.
Actions speak louder than words, so prove that you still care.
Or I assume that you don't.

There's no advice for these situations,
say what you please, and don't hold back.

We have talked about this already.
you have to forget her
Obviously you 2 where just the most convenient people to hang out with.
And now since she doesn't see you everyday she wont care about you.
Don't expect her to come back.
