I've been dating a guy for 2 years.
And its killing me.
But I dont want to end up like my brother and have to go to one those "turn you straight" camps.
Sucks living a lie, sucks even more when you know your family will hate you if you tell the truth.

Bein in a relationship definetly isnt helpin u. i suggest u break up with ur boyfriend and let him move on i've been there, done that. i thought if i go out with a guy perhaps ill be normal but the reality is im a lesbian. im not attracted to men the slightest. its not fair on either one of u. there's no need for u 2 come out to ur family or anyone just yet, ur still young. give it some thought and when ur at uni, come out then only if u meet open minded individuals..

Yep, break up with the guy and wait until you're on your own in college or else where to come out. Or tell your parents you aren't going to any damn straight camp!

You don't have to tell anyone. It is awful to have to keep it a secret, but you are not very far away from being able to live independently, and then you only have to answer to yourself and God (and the landlord sometimes haha). I would not stay in the relationship and I would absolutely not have sex with him, if I were you. Don't add more damage to your already rough time.

Wow, those camps actually exist? I thought they were a myth. Myabe you should watch the movie 'but I'm a cheerleader' its about a girl who gets sent to one of those. I think you should break up with the guy, being in a relationship isnt doing any good for either of you. You can always use a false excuse, such as wanting to focus more on your schoolwork. Sounds pretty lame, but I don't think you should have to tell people until you are ready
