i hate it when i get out of the shower and then have the urge to go poop. because after i take the poop, i feel like i HAVE to shower again. its disgusting!

What if you have to go in the middle of the day? Do you feel like you have to shower then too? Seems like the solution to your problem is simple though...go before you get in the shower.
