That knowledge is painful! This might not be helping your emotional state but...it just sucks. I do hope you feel better and that time will help. But yea, i hate when ppl tell me that too.

That's true, but atleast you can live with the knowledge that atleast once apon a time, you had that one thing that is now gone ....
