I have so many things I need to talk about with my therapist, she knows it too, but she won't bring it up, and I'm too afraid too because I don't want people to realize that I've barely made any progress since my overdose....

Your therapist sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!! You should get a new one. That's her job to bring up the heavy stuff and help you deal with it. She's a dummy dummy. Talk about it here. Let it all out. We'll all try to help you.
