You're not alone - there was a TV show a while back about a guy who only had a 1" penis. Even though it was so small, he had sex with his girlfriend on a regular basis - and they both enjoyed it. His short length was due to a botched circumcision as a child, and then a skin problem with the foreskin, where the skin toughened so it couldn't stretch, shortening the length of the penis and not allowing it to grow over time.
My own penis is around the scientific average when it's not erect - for more info read http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Penis_size#Flaccid_length (basically, it doesn't look big when it's flaccid but when it's erect, it's about 6 and a half inches long) and also because I have a bit of excess body fat, part of the base of the penis is hidden in the fat around it, so it's still there, just hidden sometimes. ;)
I wouldn't worry about it to be honest. Sure, you can spend hundreds of dollars on buying pills or pieces of kit to stretch or lengthen your penis - but they can sometimes damage your penis or prevent it becoming fully erect in the future if you aren't careful, and do you really want to do that?
