I still care for her in a way that I'm afraid I wont care for anyone else. Even after she left me for him. Even though I hate her. I know that it;s only because I love her and miss her.

I was just in similar situ wit x boyf. he wouldnt let go said he still loved me but didnt realise that he was continually hurting me wit his obsession as i was tryin to move on. If u love her let her go. if she loves you she will come back to u of her own accord. you are only hurting her and ruining your chances in the long run.

i know the feeling. you keep going back in forth hating that person and then retracting your thoughts or comments because you know in your heart that you still care for that person and all i can tell you is it takes time. time. i know it sounds kind of cliche but its true. trying to distract yourself may help but you may need the help of your friends. dont worry the feeling starts to go away and it wont hurt as the first few days. you'll be okay. remember there's always tomorrow!!
