but when you have it i feels like your peeing but it doesn't hurt , only the cramps that come hurt- lie down it kinda helps- and tampons and pads are both good do what ever u feel
Ask your sister, your aunt, your grandmother, your great grandmother, your female cousin, your father's girlfriend, ask any female with any possible relation to you whatsoever. Honestly, you could even ask your health teacher if you wanted. They have an obligation to you that random strangers on the internet do not.
Um i'm sorry about your mom. I'm not going into detail though. It doesn't hurt, but the cramps that come with it do. You'll see what it looks like when you start, and use whatever you want.
