The fear of catching anything (and of course, premature ejaculation is neither contagious or indicative of an STI) would be removed if you practised safe sex people!!

and no its not caused by an std. although if your worried about that, you should both get checked out for free at a fmaily planning clinic.
he came because he just gpot too exited too qickly. it dosnt mean this will happen everytime either.
but, a good tip for him may be a masturbating technique called "edging" basically the guy masturbates until hes abotu to come, then slows down and stop himself from comming. once hes oevr it he masturbates as normal and repeats slowing down before he comes. he does this untill he really cant stop himself from comming.
it should help him last longer in bed.
