First of all, it depends on your age. If you're say 13, or 14, then it will get bigger. Also, they say the average penis is around 5 inches or so. I know someone who had a 3 inch penis, but he knew how to still make a girl feel good. Plus if a girl really likes you, the size of your penis really won't matter.

I'm not sure about all mexicans.
But as for 3 inches. I've dated a guy who was around that size
and I know a lot of people who have small cocks when they're hard.
So don't worry,
It's not so much the size, so much as your ability to use it that matters.
You'll be fine.
And honestly if you aren't happy, just talk to your doctor and start taking meds. I'm sure that will help too.
