Recover-rekindle

im in a long distance relationship. my bf and i were very close but he was living like a hermit. so when i told him not to.

he then listened as he always does and is now in touch with someone near him whom he previously had some interest but never got together. i have checked if he ever cheated on me and he always denied. over time, we indeed have less to talk about and he has also showed less interest in talking. but when i do stop talking to him, he genuinely shows he misses me, in all his action cues.

he has very good personality for someone very good looking and i cant bear to leave him, especially when we still have feelings.

what should i do as this older woman is prettier than me and is close by, unwittingly encouraged by me for him to approach her.

i know the easiest course is for someone to deter me. but i like some constructive advice to recover our relationship. we are always happy together, even when times that we just chat.

over the years, i came to realise how successful he is and that he is unlikely to commit to this woman, if it isnt me, as since his mother had argued with her whereas in a chance meet, his mother actually got to be fond of me.

what can i do to realign and rekindle our relationship?
