sweet heart, i was anorexic. i know im only a teen but i can tell you a lot about how scared i was and am. it is going to be hard and that is just the fact of it. but trust me it is worth it... and believe me, the scary part is when you actually look human enough to see how you looked before. i cryed and cryed when my bf held me again after so long of having ppl be able to put their hands all the way aroound me waist. I promise it will get better.
Stay away from scales and good luck God Bless with luv *Rini <3

my boyfriend of nine months tells me that it dosent matter and always seems to pull me from those dark pits just in time. he's what keeps me from going back to my old ways :)

I totally agree with Whoa. Im a curvy gal and i've literally done veerything to lose weight. I've made unhealthy choices to lose it,and it doesn't work..at all. And over the years ive learned to love myself. Im not fat,im not skinny,im myself, and if people dont want to talk to me or like me bc of how I look then they dont need to be your friend. Evn guys,if they think im not skinny enough for them, who cares, because that just shows how stupid they are to lose someone as great as me. You want people to know and like what you are inside. Not out

I'm sad to hear this and though I don't know you I'll bet you are beautiful even with the weight that isn't as significant as you think it is. Weight isn't everything even if our minds tell us it is. I hope you can control yourself to not become anorexic again because I'll also bet that there are people out there who love you no matter what you look like and they wouldn't want to lose you. Best wishes. -Bee

gurl stop stressin bout your weight some of the most beutiful women on earth got curves, having curves means having some weight on your body i realize that it might be hard for you but you should try to develope some good eating habits like lots of veggies low carb.... you know what i mean if you can allow your self to learn how to love your self i mean really, truly love yourself than what your weight says on the scale wont matter.
AND YES IT WILL TAKE TIME AND IT WILL BE VERY VERY HARD but when you reach the other side of it you will not have ever felt better about yourself. you should open up to some one you trust and have them help you figure out your first step
