Smelly Friend

My friend smells REALLY bad!
She has even told me that she only showers a few times a week.
We go running every morning and afterwards everyone showers but her.
When I sit next to her I have to gasp for air.
I want to tell her but I don't want to hurt her feelings.
I'm pretty sure she knows she smells bad too because she has mentioned it before.
What should I do?
Please help!

Pretty much everyone showers every day. Now, if she had some type of condition that caused this, that would be one thing...use that thing she told you about not showering every day to lead into the conversation. Ask her since she doesn't shower if she doesn't think she smells.
