There is this girl named Suzie that goes to my school and I think she is perfect.
She has really nice, dark hair and it is really long and healthy.She has cat shaped eyes and really long lashes and a nice nose.She is 5'6" tall and thin, but also really curvy.She is sort of quiet but sarcastic and funny and really sweet.
I am a girl, but I am so jealous of her for some reason.I wish that I could be just like her.I wish that we were friends.I wish I could look like her and talk like her.
I know this might sound creepy, but I can't help it.

I'm sure you're beautiful in your own way. It's okay to admire someone else's beauty, but you don't need to be her. You are perfect that way you are. You should just initiate a conversation with her. Once you get to know her, I bet you'll find out that she doesn't even see herself the way you see her. I bet she doesn't think she's perfect at all.

Well, take the first step and just go up to her and just initiate conversation with her. Talk about school, whatever. Your both women, you all like to ramble on and on about stuff. There, problem solved.
