Trouble

I've had a crush on my friend's cousin for nearly a couple of weeks now, and its killing me that I can't tell him how I feel. He's also recently has his heart crushed, so I wouldn't want him to feel weird or w/e if ever he found out that I liked him. I can't imagine how painful a time he's gone through...
Another reason why I'm holding back is that my friend has a major crush on ME. His cousin obiously knows that...but...
I don't want to hurt my friend... but I also don't want to have to just forget about his cousin/my other friend either.
It hurts so badly :(
I'm completely torn inside.

theres really nothing you can do
