I'm extremly bi-polar, and when I don't take my meds I'll hear screaming inside my head my see black flashes and things that aren't really happening.My meds have been working perfectly for the past few months, but lately I've been depressed and hearing/seeing things again, but I don't want to tell my therapist because I don't want to go back to the hospital and miss school.I just want to be a normal seveteen year old....

No one is normal, sorry to say. Everyone goes through their problems, even though people might not seem like it. The popular person at your school might have had a sibling with a severe drug addiction, the cool guy on campus might have been suicidal for the previous 5 years of his life.

Your therapist is there to help you. The best chance you have of being a normal seventeen year old is to tell the people who can help you so that the right treatment can be found, allowing you to live as normally as possible.

Were you ever raped or abused early in life? i know that is a horrible question to ask, but it could explain the things you are seeing and hearing ... flashbacks. I certainly hope you aren't schizophernic. Best of luck and health to you.
