Hey, it's okay! The points are there for a reason. Those points are there for you to use. As long as you track them, and make sure you're not deluding yourself, a BK meal every once in a while is okay. Weight Watchers is more about balance than ever before, not denying yourself.
LoL xD NOW thats a real secret, just make sure it doesn't happen again, its fine to give yourself the occasional reward or just grab a burger every once in a while, just try work it off.
Did you track it? I am 13 and I have been on Weight Watchers since July 2011 and I have lost almost 50 pounds. I cheat though too. I just track it, exercise, and move on.
lol, this is a true secret on here. Well, you have to give yourself a little treat sometimes right? Just do some extra running tomorrow to balance it out.
