Weird and normal

So a couple of days ago this creepy kid (14)hit on me(15), I had just met him seriously , who does that? But then later that same day my friend(15) started flirting with me and I had no problem with It I'm starting to wonder what my problem is do I like him or do I just not care since I know him?
