I love her but I broke up with her to see what else is out there.i feel horrible she was my best friend and now she hates me.help.

lol I wondered if this was my ex when I first read it. There are many factors you must take into account, does she miss you? How long has it been? Is she happy with someone else now? I can understand why she resents you, seeing as I've been in her position, but I'm sure if you write her a letter and gradually regain her trust like MizMichelle suggested, you might be able to resume the friendship over time.

Write her a letter explaining everything in detail to her. Tell her how you really feel about the whole mess. And if that doesn't work, gradually try and talk to her.
