What should I do?

Posted by an anonymous user on 10/8/2007 8:04:00 AM
About 3 month ago, I came across with a friend accidentally. We were in the same elementary school when I was a kid. He's from another city and wants to find a job here. He told me he doesn't have a place to live at that time, so I asked him to live in my apartment, cuz I have another room which is free.

One month after he still live here and appears that he doesn't want to rent an apartment for himself. He just want to stay here and enjoy my apartment. He was just an acquaintance not a close friend. I'm unhappy with that. One day he asked his girl friend to come my apartment and they sleep together. Until now he still live in my apartment. OH CHRIST!!! What should I do? Is it polite to ask him move out from my apartment?

Get him to pay half of everything and get it in writing or ask him to leave if he doesnt agree to share equally. And for goodness sakes say something to him!! Dont let him use you any further than he has..

Tell him to pay you rent or get out, I had my husband's uncle do the same thing, he was here for 2 years, we asked for rent and he left without a word.

Daaamn, that sucks. Maybe start by leaving him subtle hints, and then start into the not-so-subtle hints, then try just asking him (casually) if he's found an appartment yet, and if he still doesn't get the message, it's prolly hopeless. Don't take my advice TOO seriously though, I'm not out of highschool yet...
