What should I wear?

Clothing. Also a smile.

I've been hired for jobs in jeans and a t-shirt, but that was because I walked in off the street and asked to see the manager.

I've had a lot of interviews in my life, and even for jobs at fast food restaurants I always dress my best.

If you're unsure, I would recommend going with dress clothes. It's better to overdress than underdress.

i got hired at my last job in my PJs.
i went out for a morning walk, was bored and went into the first place that was around see if they hire.

I would dress well even if it is a group interview. If you're the best dressed you stand out.
