So my X whom I dated for 3 years.6th - 8th grade.Calls me and he wants to hang out and we talk but its more of a love hate relationship..Whats his deal why is he calling me talking about how he wants love again?

im just gona guess and say that maybe he thinks that you still have feelings for him so u will be easier to get stuff out of than trying to get it from some new girl
